Lose Weight in Only 4 Days With This Incredible Drink


All of us want to loose the weight that was gained during winter, especially when summer is on its way. That’s way we will introduce you to a special drink that is very efficient in eliminating fat. This drink is made up for all those who were skeptical about ever losing weight.
You can make it very quickly and easily. In a very short time it will melt your fat, precisely belly fat.
All you need is:
8 ½ cups of filtered water
1 teaspoon chopped ginger (or a tablespoon of organic ginger root powder)
1 medium-size cucumber, thinly sliced
1 medium-sized lemon, thinly sliced
12 mint leaves

Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a goblet and mix them. Let the flavors to whisk through the night. Before pouring the drink into a glass remove the lemon slices, ginger and mint leaves from the goblet. You should drink the whole amount from the goblet in one day. If you can’t drink it in one day, keep it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Since it hydrates you and it is safely to drink it, you can consume it for whole month. This is the time needed to lose weight.
Its effectiveness
Each ingredient included in this drink has a lot of health characteristics and each one of the clean your organism, However when mixed together, they become healthy bomb that free the body from the extra fat.
Cucumbers:
The cucumbers act as a diuretic, have low percentage of calories, have plenty of fiber and help in maintaining the body alkaline. They are very efficient for weight loss.
Ginger:
A survey conducted at the Institute for Human Nutrition at Columbia University made an experiment with different participants who drank a hot drink with ginger. Every participant felt fuller and the risk of overeating was reduced.

Lemon:
The pectin fiber in the lemons reduces the food desires. The lemons are useful in removing waste products by cleansing and detoxifying it. Once metabolized and ingested in the blood, it has alkaline effect. Also, it increases the pH value of your body.
Mint:
The mint works as a control of your appetite. It takes control of your food desires and gives the drink with a refreshing taste.
Water:
When consuming enough amount of water your body gets hydrated, your joints and muscles get greased during exercises. Also, water reduces the desires for food.
This is the recipe. It is easy to be made, cheap and economical. What is most important it makes you lose fat. After a short time, just few days of consuming you will see evident results. You have nothing to lose, except the unwanted fat.
